We mailed off our care package (a.k.a treasure box) to Sophi today. We sent a photo album with family photos enclosed, blankets, toys, outfits, and cameras. Thank you to Mr. Zhang for helping us with Chinese translation of notes to Sophi and her caregiver!
That is such an exciting moment, knowing your daughter/sister will be getting something from you any day now. Isn't it fun to think about Sophi playing with one of the toys!
The care package is such a good idea. Emily came to us with the Bunny we had sent over...a nice transition for her and us! We bought identical blankets and bunnies just in case and took them with us...the bunny came back but not the blanket so we used the other one we bought. It is and always has been Emily's absolute favorite blanket! So fun to think that the things you are sending will be in your little girl's hands soon!
